Honouring The Art of IntentionalityThe 2026 PADC Skulls Call for Entries is NOW OPEN. Early Bird pricing closes Sunday 12 July. Enter early before the wheel turns.

This year, the PADC Skulls turns its gaze toward intentionality, celebrating the powerful, unseen force that shapes the work we make. The awards fall on Friday 13th November. A day of omens and superstition. But the best work in this room was never built on luck.

About The SkullsWA’s Premier Night For Commercial Creativity

The PADC Skulls have recognised the best commercial creative work in Western Australia since 1980. Each year, our industry gathers to celebrate the ideas, craft, and strategic thinking shaping creative excellence across the state. Every Skull represents the very best work of the year, independently judged by a panel of respected creative leaders from outside WA.

About The Call For EntriesYour Work Deserves To Be Seen

The Call for Entries is your opportunity to submit your work for independent judging. Any commercial work first published, launched, or aired between 1 May 2025 and 10 August 2026 is eligible. There are 12 category groups covering Film, Digital, Design, Strategy, Audio, Communications Crafts, and more – plus the Diamond Skulls for individual excellence and Student Skulls for emerging talent. Early Bird pricing runs from Tuesday 30 June until Sunday 12 July. Fortune favours the brave. Admin favours people who don’t leave it until the final hour.

Three steps. No luck required

(The information you need to enter the awards)

1 . Know your telos

Find the work in your portfolio that was made with purpose. Then match it to the right category. The CFE booklet covers 12 category groups. Take your time. A wrong category is not bad luck, it's an avoidable mistake.

2 . Read the signs (and the fine print)

Eligibility criteria, AI disclosure rules, file naming conventions, declaration forms. The booklet has everything. Read it like your entry depends on it. It does. The judges are rigorous. So is the entry process.

3 . Put it into motion

Entering the Skulls is how WA's creative work gets seen, measured, and remembered. It lifts the industry. It builds the benchmark. It also makes for very good LinkedIn content. Get your work in before the wheel stops turning.
